Refund and Cancellation Policy

What happens when you cancel, what happens to your records, and how refunds work.

One commercial decision is still open

The refund window for one-time purchases has not been set. One-time purchases are perpetual, digital and delivered instantly, so a refund window is a deliberate business decision rather than a default. Everything else on this page is settled.

Subscriptions: cancel any time, in your billing portal, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
One-time purchases: perpetual, and the refund window is refund window to be confirmed.
Your records: training records and assessment results stay exportable for 90 days after any access ends. Nothing you have already documented is lost.
The trial: free, view-only, and it ends on its own. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

How to cancel a subscription

Open your billing portal from your account, choose the subscription and cancel. It takes the same number of clicks as subscribing did. We do not require a phone call, we do not require an email, and there is no sequence of screens designed to slow you down.

You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing further is charged, and you can restart later with your progress and records intact.

What happens when access ends

Access to videos, the audit-ready SOP library and the SOP-linked forms ends at the close of the term. That is what the subscription pays for.

Your training records and assessment results do not. Everything generated during the term remains exportable for 90 days after expiry, so a lapse in billing never costs you the evidence you have already built. Records you have downloaded are yours permanently.

One-time purchases

Foundation and Proficiency are perpetual. The material is delivered immediately and stays at the version you bought. There is nothing to cancel, because there is no renewal.

Facility Licences

A Facility License runs for a full term and is quoted per site. Bands can be changed mid-term where the site grows, with the difference prorated.

If you bought an individual plan and move to a Facility License for the same regulation within twelve months, the full amount you paid, seats included, is credited against it.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we tell you immediately and your access continues through a grace period while we retry. If payment is not recovered, access pauses. It restores automatically the moment payment succeeds, with no need to contact us. We do not delete your account or your work.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@thecgmpacademy.com or use our contact form with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and access to the refunded item ends when the refund is issued.
