From the regulation to a record you can hand over
Every module runs the same way, so the method becomes second nature long before the content runs out.
1. Choose your industry and your regulation
You register under exactly one industry track: drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements or food. That choice scopes everything afterwards - the catalogue, the videos, the AI tutor and every download - and it is enforced on our servers on every request, not in your browser.
Inside that track you pick the regulation series you work under. Training is organised the way the CFR is: industry, then part, then subpart, so the structure matches the one you already know.
2. Watch the module, and stop it whenever you want
Each module is a presenter-led video of twenty to thirty minutes covering one subpart. It runs the same sequence every time: the regulation in plain English, how an investigator evaluates you against it, the pitfalls, a real Warning Letter tied to that requirement, and the fix.
Pause at any point and ask the AI tutor. It answers only from that package's own materials, cites the section it is drawing on and points at the relevant checklist or SOP. Where the materials do not cover your question, it says so rather than inventing an answer.
3. Take the assessment
At the end of the video you are asked whether you are ready. The assessment is ten multiple-choice questions, with the option order shuffled on every attempt. Grading happens entirely on our servers; the answer key never reaches your browser at any point.
- The pass mark is 8 out of 10.
- You get up to three attempts, and every attempt is kept in your history.
- A failed attempt locks the assessment until you have re-watched the video. That is tracked, not self-declared.
4. Get a training record, not a certificate
Passing generates a training record carrying your identity, your company, the package and regulation reference, the date, your score, which attempt it was and your watch completion. You sign it in the platform. Your trainer and QA reviewer counter-sign through a secure single-use link, with no account needed on their side.
Once every required signature is captured the record seals and cannot be edited. A correction creates a new version with a reason attached; the original stays intact.

5. Take the documents to the floor
From Proficiency upward, each series comes with an audit-ready SOP library mapped subpart by subpart, the forms that become records the moment work is performed, and a mock inspection checklist that turns you loose on your own operation with an investigator's question set.
Documents download as individual files or one bundle. Video never does - it is streamed only, watermarked with your name, and there is no download route for it anywhere in the product.
